Our vision is to create a platform collecting, highlighting and presenting the history of Greek and international handball, teams and individual athletes, as well as people who were or still are actively involved in it. Taking advantage of a long presence and operation in the realm of handball, the creation of a digital museum for handball, aspires to offer the opportunity to fans all over the world to navigate and get to know better this unique sport and its dynamics. The Digital Handball Museum also aspires to promote synergy between all those involved in the sport, from any position (athletes, referees, agents, fans, etc.), within Greece and abroad, as well as to establish a legacy for historians-researchers of the sport. Our effort is the content of The Digital Handball Museum to be constantly updated and enriched; at first it shall include digital exhibitions and archival records of events that have taken place to date.

Its launching comes at a difficult time when Covid-19 has reminded us the value of all those petty things and previously shared experiences.

We are delighted to welcome you to The Digital Handball Museum and hope that together we can create a dynamic community with inquisitive attitude, love and enthusiasm for the sport.
